Values

We are genuinely interested in your story. Therapy is about exploring, learning, and growing together, and we stay curious by keeping up with new research and approaches to bring you the best care possible.

We believe in being real with you. Whether it’s sharing insights, giving feedback, or encouraging self-reflection, honesty is central to how we work. We value open, meaningful conversations that build trust and encourage growth.

We understand that privacy is central to effective therapy. We follow strict confidentiality standards, and we comply with all guidelines set by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences to ensure responsible, professional care. You can see our code of ethics here. You can rely on us to keep appointments, respond promptly, and support your progress with all necessary resources.

We believe respectful faith integration can be a resource in therapy. Our team includes therapists with Christian backgrounds and specialized training in faith integration. We have supported clients from diverse faith, Atheist, and Agnostic backgrounds and we respect each client’s personal beliefs. We won’t introduce faith into sessions unless you want it to be part of the conversation. Instead, we offer a space where your perspective is respected, welcome, and never assumed.
